Seward Sales Corporation has had the honor of many accomplishments throughout the 50 plus years of being in business. Here is a small list of note worthy accomplishments.

• September 22, 1951, first sales agency to represent The Dow Chemical Company and Styrofoam ® Brand Insulation

• Longest continuous contractual relationship with The Dow Chemical Company world wide

• 1954, first Commercial Below Grade (foundation) Insulation application

• 1969, first sales agency to promote Residential Insulated Sheathing

• 1982, first Dow agency to sell 60,000,000 board feet of Styrofoam ® Brand products in one year (1682 truckloads)

• June 1986, began representing Westile Pavers

• 1987, first Georgia-Pacific Dens sales agency

• 1994, received first national award presented by Georgia-Pacific for the most Dens Glass Gold sold

• All Sales Representatives must be active members of:

- CSI, Construction Specifications Institute

- State and National Home Builder Associations

• All Sales Representatives must attain:

- Competent Toastmaster accreditation

- Dale Carnegie certification

- CDT, CSI Certified Document Technologist

• Seward Sales employees attend and serve:

- CSI Chapters in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Louisville,

and Evansville

- State and local chapters of the National Home Builders

Association

- Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky state energy code committees
