John Warren Northern Indiana Sales Representative John has been in Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan construction materials sales since 1984, and began supporting the efforts of Seward Sales Corporation. In 1990 in the Northern Indiana Territory. His construction influences come from the distribution, subcontracting, installation business and design. He has worked with different construction trades and owners on many institutional projects in Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan from Nuclear Power Plants to Religious Centers, servicing their needs for building material solutions. He presently supports the Sales, Marketing, Bidding Process and Technical Support through Seward Sales Corporation for several nationally recognized building materials such as Dow Chemical's Building Materials, Georgia Pacific's Glass Mat Gypsum products and Sarnafil Corporations PVC single ply membranes for commercial roofing and waterproofing. He also supports the residential building products division for the Dow Chemical Company. Owners and Design professionals can be comfortable with the reputation and expertise that John brings to the construction Process. John is a Construction Documents Technologist and member of Construction Specification Institute. He has been mentored in the influences of building design from the design professionals he has served in Northern Indiana for all these years. This makes his contribution to the building product selection deep rooted in the history of design principals and the area he serves. John Warren is happily married to Leann Wagner. They have a family of exotic birds from an Eclectus to a Yellow Nape Amazon and a few smaller birds in between. When he finds the time, John enjoys painting and music while Leann enjoys traveling and remodeling.
